Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rankveon (the “Service”), available at https://rankveon.com. The Service is operated by PING-YI CHOU (sole proprietor) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Rankveon is a self-serve software-as-a-service subscription for SEO content. The software researches keywords, scores content opportunities, drafts SEO-optimized blog articles, and lets you review, edit, schedule, and publish them to your own website. Software-generated output is the core deliverable of the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and credits
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable VAT/sales tax, and its buyer terms also apply to purchases.
- Plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Plans include a monthly allowance of credits used to generate articles and images. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period; one-time top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
4. Your content and generated output
- You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (topics, brand information, site content) and, as between you and us, you own the articles and images the Service generates for you.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law and third-party policies.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (storing and processing your content to provide the features you use).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
- publish deceptive content impersonating real persons or organizations;
- resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service;
- circumvent usage limits or share one account across organizations.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms you connect (for example WordPress, Google Search Console, or Telegram). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of your paid plan during a paid period.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taiwan.
