Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This policy explains what data Rankveon (operated by PING-YI CHOU (sole proprietor)) collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — email address, name, and login credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
- Content data — projects, keywords, generated articles and images, and the credentials you connect for publishing (for example a WordPress application password), stored encrypted.
- Billing data — handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic logs (pages visited, features used, IP address) to keep the Service secure and improve it.
2. How we use data
- To provide the Service: researching keywords, generating and publishing content.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Paddle).
- To send transactional messages (receipts, review notifications you enable).
- To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Processors we rely on
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage
- Vercel — application hosting
- Paddle — payments, invoicing, tax (merchant of record)
- Anthropic — AI text generation (content you submit for drafting)
- Google — image generation and, if you connect it, Search Console data
- DataForSEO — keyword and ranking data
- Telegram — review notifications, only if you connect it
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its content at any time by contacting support@rankveon.com; we delete personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons (held by Paddle).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Publishing credentials are stored encrypted, and access is scoped per organization with row-level security.
