If you are not satisfied with Rankveon for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@rankveon.com from the email address on your account, or use the receipt link from Paddle (our payment provider and merchant of record). Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals and top-ups
- Subscription renewals: if a renewal was charged and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
- Credit top-up packs: refundable in full within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard (“Manage subscription”). Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
